Check out my little chunk...and by chunk I mean ball of adorableness!!

Aldi anyone? Yes, please!

Okay, since Troy and I were hit with a $785 hospital bill that insurance isn't paying for; times are officially hard at the Reeves' household. So, I did something I've been meaning to do for a while now and just never had the motivation to do...I went grocery shopping at Aldi. And oh my, I've been missing out! Below is everything I bought at Aldi Thursday night...23 items...for a grand total of......................................... $31.25...that's right people, 23 items for $31.25
So then I went to Bilo for some must haves. I'm not too sure about buying meat at Aldi, yet! So here are my 7 items purchased for a grand total of.......................................................
$29.77...granted 3 of the items were meat, meat and milk but how crazy is it that I was able to buy almost 8 times as much stuff for only $2 more at Aldi. Who cares that you don't get grocery bags and you have to pay $.25 for a buggy. You get the quarter back!!

...and then to Greenville...

We packed up again last weekend and made a trip to Greenville to visit my family. It was a great weekend with lots of visiting and eating! We even got to go to church with my grandparents and aunt and uncle Sunday morning! Enjoy some pictures from the weekend...

We even had time Sunday before we left town to have lunch with my good friend and little sister in ADPi, Lindsay. It had been a while since we had seen each other and it was so good to meet and catch up!

Ansley's first trip to Knoxville

This past weekend Ansley took her first trip to Knoxville to visit Matt, Jill, Madeline and Samuel and to help celebrate Matt's birthday. We all had a great time...Troy even enjoyed going mountain biking with his brother early Saturday morning! Madeline and Samuel are such great little babysitters and absolutely adored Ansley. We can't wait to watch ALL of the Reeves' kids run around and play when Ansley gets a little bigger!

Mac and Ansley

Before Ansley was born I was a little bit worried that when she came out she would look like an alien...I'm just being honest! I've watched many a 'Baby Story' and seen many a 'alien baby'. Luckily she was the most gorgeous little girl I've ever seen. Over time, however, she has started to resemble an alien...luckily it's the cutest alien I've ever known, and the star of one of my favorite movies as a kid...
