Solid Foods

So, it took a few tries but she's got it folks!! Tonight she even started opening wide as the spoon got close to her mouth! It's so much fun to be a part of these accomplishments!! (Note to Kristen and Brent...as you can see, the loud shhhing does not work during 4 month old feeding time)

I love my husband, and I love Forrest Gump!

... and sometimes they are one in the same!

She gets her love of dogs honest...

Supper Club

Troy and I and 3 other couples started doing a monthly Supper Club some time ago and with babies and such we all kind of let it slip to the back burner. I decided it was time to get the gang back together again so we had everyone over for an early Thanksgiving dinner this past Saturday night. Troy fried a turkey, everyone brought a side dish, and I made dessert. It was a wonderful meal. Afterwards we all played a game I bought at Target called 'The Game of Things' and I don't think I have laughed that hard all year! We had so much fun and I was reminded of what wonderful friends God has blessed us with! Neely and Ansley
I think this was is during one of the 14 times Brent had to explain the directions to the game. (and who knew we could fit that many people at a table in our house?)

Eating for 2 means 2 desserts, right?!

I can't wait til' the next one!

Happy Halloween!!!!!!!!!!

Did you think that Troy would let his little one be anything BUT a Tiger her first Halloween?

My mom always carved great pumpkins growing up. This year I figured I would have a go at it all by myself!

Can you guess what this look means??!!

Yep, she's got her 2 bottom teeth coming in! I had hoped that she wouldn't get the kind of luck with her teeth that I did as a kid. But, I guess hers' still waited 3 1/2 months more than my first 2!!
