Pumpkin Time!!

We took Ansley to a pumpkin patch Saturday!! We told her she could choose which one we got, here's Troy trying to convince her to get this one!!

The pumpkin patch is put on by a church and this house sits between it and the patch. Here Ansley is telling us "bye bye" as she attempts to leave us to go in the house...

Ansley sized pumpkins
I'm glad she really didn't understand the fact that we would take home the pumpkin she picked out because she had a fascination with the weird ones...
see...

Here's the mini-pumpkin I carved for Ansley

And then the bigger one for Troy!

Our front porch is officially festive!!

State Fair time!

We met up with Kristen and Asher on Wednesday to visit the South Carolina State Fair! They have this deal where you can come in after noon and pay $5, and if you leave before 2pm you get your money back. So it was a "make it snappy" trip but it was fun to let Ansley see all the animals.
This was Ansley's reaction to having to sit in the stroller after being in the car alllll morning!
She's not dramatic at all!!
Ansley looking at the 20 lb. bunnies...
Ansley and Asher...they're really excited, can you tell?

15 Month stats...

Weight - 23 lbs 7 oz - 61st Percentile
Length - 31 1/2 inches - 75th Percentile
Head Circumfrence - 19 1/2 inches - 97th Percentile
That's right, she's already 15 months! Troy and I were laying in bed last night and I said "can you believe it's been 3 months since her birthday", and he said "can you believe it's been 15 months since she was born?". And no, I can't...It's gone by waaay faster than I ever imagined it would. She's getting so fun and smart, she knows colors and will point to things I ask her to in books (she's fallen in love with books) and most importantly she makes her daddy and I laugh...A LOT!
